What's your chat???  If you've got any, then you've come to the right place.

This message forum (or chat room if you prefer) is open to members and parents of the 85th Greenock & District Scouts only, but remember that anyone can view the messages you post in it.

You just must register and log in to be able to respond to posts or send private messages. The Leaders' Forum is private and visible to leaders only. Parents can use the "Scout Group and Parents". We also ask that parents register and act on behalf of any Beavers and Cubs who want to post to the forum.

While we encourage you to make full and informal use of the forums, we do expect that your posts are in line with the spirit of scouting. Anyone can request that a post be removed. Inappropriate posts will be removed and may result in follow-up action. If you upload pictures which include scout group members, the members must not be identifiable by name from your post. Check the web use guidelines for other rules.

Don't wait! Get registered now by clicking the link at the bottom of the page once you enter the forum. It'll take a short time for your leader to activate your account.

Once your account is active you should:

• Subscribe to every individual forum or topic you are interested in. An email will then be sent to tell you when any new posts come in for it.
• Set you Avatar picture - don't use a picture of yourself
  
• Check your User Control Panel to change any other settings
• Check the Help section for more info (or post a question there if your question isn't answered)
  

Important: You should receive an immediate confirmation mail that your account has been requested and later that it has been activated. If you don't receive these mails, check your Junk or Spam mail folder and mark the sender as "safe".

If you're not sure how to use a feature in the forums, post a request in the Help forum and we'll try to answer it.
