Beinn Dhubcraig Hillwalk
At the end of March, 12 scouts and 1 cub went hillwalking at Beinn Dhubcraig which is a mountain near Tyndrom, it is over 3,000feet tall. Everyone was split into groups and the first group managed to get to the top but the other group only managed to get to the snowline, where they practised ice axe chopping. At the top, it was very cold but at the bottom, it was the very opposite
Here's a picture of our scout leader, Andy, wearing his peruvian hat. most people in the 85th have one, thanks to one of our beaver helpers
